Unhappy customer. We have used Sykes cottages for many years and never any problems. BUT in 2020/2021 the service has been dreadful! We paid a £20 deposit in January 2020 for a holiday we booked for July 2020. The way Sykes works, is if you pay a £20 deposit and you decide to cancel, you have to pay the outstanding deposit to cancel to loose it.
