Sep 07, 2013 · I remember that same irritating problem when I was helping my sister out with her Clydesdale bank account last year. All her active and cancelled direct debits were on the one list, and you had to click on them to determine which were active. I’ve used the online banking systems of 6 or 7 banks and it’s the only one I’ve used that does that.
